Strauss Haus Shepherds-Puppies

This document is a legal and binding contract between Strauss Haus Shepherds, the Seller/Original Owner, and ______________________________(owner), of the puppy identified in the Pet Guarantee. For the purposes of this contract, the words “puppy” and “dog” may be used interchangeably.
Owner agrees to have the above specified puppy spayed/neutered according to the following conditions and specifications at the expense of the owner.

1) MALE Dogs shall not be neutered under the age of one and one-half years (18 months) and shall be neutered prior to 2 years (24 months).
2) FEMALE Dogs shall not be spayed prior to 5 months after her first heat, and shall be spayed prior to the age of 2 years (24 months).
3) Upon spaying/Neutering, the owner shall return to Strauss Haus Shepherds, a legal Veterinarian Certificate verifying the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.

The owner agrees to abide by the rules of the ISSR, Inc. The owner agrees not to breed the above referenced dog, nor register him/her with any other organization for any reason whatsoever.
In the event that the owner fails to uphold this agreement, the owner shall pay the sum of $4,500 to Strauss Haus Shepherds for damages, plus any and all legal fee’s incurred. Any litigation shall be executed in the State of Washington, Clallam County, it being the place of origin of this transaction. The owner accepts full responsibility for the above named dog and releases Strauss Haus Shepherds from any liability.
My signature below certifies that I have read, understand and agree to Strauss Haus Shepherds Spay/Neuter Agreement for Non-upgradeable Pets. I understand that my failure to properly register my dog with the ISSR, Inc. in a timely manner will result in missing Littermate Information (LMI) data, which in turn may cause Strauss Haus Shepherds to lose it’s ISSR Inc. privileges. In the event Strauss Haus Shepherds loses it’s ISSR Inc. privileges due to my failure to properly register my dog as previously stated, I hereby agree to take full responsibility for all such damages up to, but not to exceed $10,000.
